Anders has a very broad international business experience, with emphasis in the insurance world, covering direct insurance, reinsurance and retrocession. Anders has concentrated on the underwriting side of the business, except for a few years when he acted as a broker.
His particular strength has been in starting new ventures and developing markets where international experience, language skills (5 fluent) and thorough appreciation of different cultures are essential assets.
Anders worked in the Middle East and in Africa for many years and has many active contacts in these areas.
Anders was the CEO of PanFinancial Insurance Co. in London and was a pioneer in specialized Credit Insurance and Political Risk Insurance products.
Currently, Anders is a Partner at Baystream Corporation, specialized in Special Risks both on the Insurance and the Reinsurance side. This involves such things as “Personal Accident” for Italian football players, “Contractors All risk Insurance” in Africa and “Financial Risks” such as “Deferred Payment Insurance” in Europe.
Anders is also involved in other projects involving real estate and reduction of carbon emission in cars.
Anders lives in Saint Paul de Vence in Southern France.
