Bay Stream Ventures provides value-enhancement, joint venture solutions in Corporate Finance,  Sales and Channel Development and Market Strategy. We specialize in helping Companies penetrate new markets, increase sales and develop strategies to enhance liquidity and market presence.

In executing projects, we combine our expertise with that of our Clients’, and we leverage our closely-knit network of business partners, broker dealers, venture capital and angel groups, hedge funds, legal and accounting groups.

Our Clients

Our Clients are technology and life science Companies – or divisions of Companies – whose revenue ranges from zero to about $50M and employing up to about 100 people. We also have a dedicated business unit that handles the special needs of mineral exploration Companies.

We seek to work with Companies that are gems in their own field and where significant measurable value can be generated in a short period of time.
